TuesdaysChild.Com's preferred carrier is UPS.

While we do ship internationally, it is important for our international customers to realize that import costs (Customs and VAT and any other country specific charges) may sometimes increase the cost of shipping substantially. Each country has different import rules and therefore there is no way for us to ascertain the costs before shipping. Tuesday's Child will not be responsible for any import costs endured in the course of shipping overseas.

We can also ship via USPS.  Please contact us for more information.

Availability
Due to the limited quantities of items featured on our site and the speed in which items get sold out, your order will ship on an "as available" basis and you may not get all of the items ordered. Unless you specify in the comments box at checkout that you only want the order to ship if complete we will consider the order in effect and ship merchandise if and when available.

Having been on our site you are aware that the Merchandise we carry is High fashion as well as highly seasonal. For that reason many of our "competitors" do not refund money but offer store credit only.

We, however want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and recognize that sometimes things just don't work out so in order to continue doing business on the web and by phone we have instituted the following policy.

Merchandise not on sale must be received by us within 7 days from receipt (as defined when our carrier delivers the merchandise to your address) for a full REFUND less shipping. Please choose a reliable shipping option to ensure that we receive your return within 7 days if you wish to receive a refund. We highly recommend shipping returns back via DHL, FedEx or UPS as they guarantee delivery dates and offer expedited shipping options. We discourage shipping returns back via USPS, which has been unreliable, as we cannot be responsible for carrier shipping errors.

You have up to 14 days from receipt for us to receive your return to receive store credit for merchandise that is not on sale. Store credit is valid for as long as we are in business. After 14 days, we will not accept any merchandise for return. Any merchandise that is sent to us will be returned to you at your expense.
Items purchased up to 20% May be returned within 7 days for a full refund less shipping., Items purchased on sale of 20-30% may be returned for store credit only. These items must be mailed back to the store and received by us within 7 days of when you received the merchandise. Items purchased over 30% off are considered final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

Unfortunately, due to our flexible position in the past we have been forced to institute a no exception stance on this.

Boutique purchases and phone orders are eligible for store credit only.  In order to qualify for the "internet return policy" orders must be made via the website and must ship from the store.  Orders that are "In Store Pickup" will be deemed in store purchases. Thank you.
