Shipping & Returns Policy
While we do ship internationally, it is important for our international customers to realize that import costs (Customs and VAT and any other country specific charges) may sometimes increase the cost of shipping substantially. Each country has different import rules and therefore there is no way for us to ascertain the costs before shipping. Tuesday's Child will not be responsible for any import costs endured in the course of shipping overseas.
While we do offer a USPS International Priority please understand that this can increase the shipping times to sometimes more than 30 days. If you need it faster please consider USPS Express Shipping or UPS or DHL.

ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE NEW, UNWORN AND UNSTAINED WITH TAGS STILL ATTACHED. PLEASE BEAR IN MIND THAT IF YOU TRY AN ITEM ON YOUR CHILD AND THEY ACCIDENTALLY STAIN IT, WE CAN NO LONGER TAKE IT BACK.
Our customers are the best and most refined in the world and like them we want to make sure that the item they purchase from us is perfect! Of course that’s not always possible and if we work together we can all be happy. :-)
Merchandise not on sale (sold at Full Price):
Items sold at full price must arrive by us within 14 calendar days from when you get it (as defined when our carrier delivers the merchandise to your address) for a full REFUND less shipping costs if any.
Please choose a reliable shipping option to ensure that we receive your return within 14 days if you wish to receive a refund. We highly recommend shipping returns back via UPSD or FedEx as they guarantee delivery dates and offer expedited shipping options. We discourage shipping returns back via USPS as we cannot be responsible for carrier shipping errors.
Items purchased up to 30% May be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund less shipping. Items purchased on sale 30%-40% may be returned for store credit only. These items must be mailed back to the store and received by us within 7 days of when you received the merchandise. Items purchased 40% and over are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Heck, there is always eBay.
Tuesday's wants you to be able to buy comfortably while not worrying that you will miss a better price just around the corner. However due to the fact that there are limited quantities and items do get marked down due to seasonality we will award price adjustments when requested on items purchased at full price up to 40% off within a week of purchase. Any markdowns from 40% and higher will not be eligible for price adjustments .
Special promotional days (black Friday, cyber Monday etc. are do not qualify for price adjustments)
