Our Periwinkle dress has a loose fit with short puff sleeves and collar stand. A full skirt is gathered into the collar stand, with long frill hem. Finished with a self-tying bow at waist. Made in red flower Liberty print cotton.Fully lined in cotton voile. Fastens at centre back with invisible zip. Finished with branded metal tag at frill skirt seam.
